The machine is feeding by traction currents which works through servo-motors controlled by PLC, 7’’, touch screen control panel.

Simple and functional maintenance, where all spare parts are standardized without any complexity for replacement.

The electrical and electronic equipment technology was developed within the Naliteck, the software applied in the use of the machine is our domain.

With the program developed specifically for this equipment it is possible to customize the painting program according to the need of each client.

This equipment has protection and safety devices in accordance with the regulatory standards.

The flange painting capacity varies according to the dimension of the part to be painted.

However on average it is possible to mark one flange every 30 seconds.

This equipment uses water based paint.

Designs ranging from 650 to 1900 mm flanges.
