Wood Reel Flange Machining Center

Machine for making wooden coils. Developed for machining wooden cart flanges from 650 to 2500mm in diameter for packaging wires and cables among these machining processes:

• -Central hole;
• -Capture holes;
• -Furodiagonal;
• -Flange machining;
• -Internal flange finish;
• -Core cavity machining;
• -Holes for straps;
• -Cavity for conical washers;

This equipment is made up of 4 modules:

1. Feeding belt
2. Hurricane;
3. Machining
4. Storage.

Production capacity: 60 flanges/hour.

This equipment has dedicated motors for each type of machining controlled by a PLC, data entry via a 7" HMI color touch screen and automatic configuration.

This equipment has protection and safety devices in compliance with regulatory standards.
